CrossFit
CrossFit is all about being comfortable with uncomfortable. During these group workouts, we will push you as hard as we can, without compromising your ability to safely conduct the movements used in the workout. We will constantly be ramping up the intensity of your workouts based on your gained proficiency in the lifts.
Foundations Class
Our Foundations class is an introduction for new members, designed to equip them with the fundamental skills and confidence needed to seamlessly transition into regular CrossFit classes. Led by a knowledgeable coach these sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for beginners to learn the core functional movements of CrossFit.
Personal Training
We have experienced an amazing growth with our Personal Training Programs. QCFit West boasts an impressive facility that will keep you from getting bored with your training and keep you guessing with what will be in store for you next. From flipping tractor tires, swinging kettlebells, olympic lifting, and an endless array of bodyweight and gymnastics movements, your program will be unlike anything you have ever experienced.
Open Gym
We strive to offer a variety of class times and Open Gym times to meet the various scheduling needs of our members. We offer Open Gym time 5 days a week. Times are available to all our members and drop-ins with 6+ months of CrossFit experience for extra accessory work, skill work, missed WODs, or individual program work. pen Gym is a great time for athletes to come in and work on a weakness, an elusive gymnastic skill, or technical Olympic lifts.
Run Club
Welcome to our CrossFit Run Club, where we lace up our shoes, hit the pavement, and embrace the exhilarating journey of running together as a community. More than just a fitness class, our Run Club offers a refreshing outlet for members to connect, challenge themselves, and explore the great outdoors.
